Home Away from Home
El Nido, Palawan in the Philippines is paradise. The natural grandeur of the islands and limestone formations are beyond breathtaking. One can't help but be in awe of nature's wonders unfolding in panoramic picture perfection. Life and the energies surrounding the area is pure, light and at most times overwhelming. Sandy white shores, turquoise waters, lush corals, bountiful marine life and fresh air present the beauty of all that's natural. Life in El Nido town is simplicity at its finest as one embraces the serenity of everything void of the maddening city. The laid back lifestyle takes one to a comfort zone when time passes by meaningfully. Food is 100% fresh and comes in a variety of cuisines in more than a handful restos. A couple of interesting bars do exist but in unison play a different tune from Manila's pumping and pounding aural fixations. Life is beautiful in a remote town surrounded by enchanting islands where the wind and waves are like music to the ears. The people are warm, friendly and very accommodating with genuine smiles that really make you feel welcome. Definitely a paradise you can call home away from home where you can create memories to last a lifetime.
