Passage to India
Craving for a great gastronomical adventure with Indian Cuisine? Join Dust Thani Manila's celebration of India's independence via a week long food festival at Basix from August 10 to 16, 2011. Offering the best specialities to satisfy the senses, this unforgettable treat is definitely food from the Gods. For all you foodies out there, it's definitely a spice of life one wouldn't want to miss. But if Indian food isn't your thing and you're craving for something Thai then an alternative would be Benjarong--one of the best authentic Thai restaurants in Manila. This author was recently invited for lunch and took pictures of the beautiful interiors for the first time-considering the countless dining experiences. We were served a feast of spices in a variety of mouth watering and savory dishes. The almost three hour lunch for the Allure (a Sunday section of the Philippine Star) was filled with good food, beautiful ambiance, and great conversation with our dearest friend--Dusit's young pr maveric Danelle Palang. Check their restaurant's must-try monthly offerings, something that will truly make you come back for more.
Dusit Thani is located at Ayala Center, 1223 Makati city, Philippines.
